Fair Housing CORE (3 hours) Mandate for 2024-2026 License Renewal Period:

In the path to their next home, many people will experience bumps, potholes, and both real and imaginary barriers. One of the obstacles better not be something that violates the fair housing laws. Federal, state, and local Fair Housing rules and regulations are not suggestions...they are the LAW. Revisit key items and issues to stay on the right side of the law. Remember, knowledge is power. Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class.

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
